Resin Bound Gravel Paving is mixed with a desired blend of aggregate types bound with a clear polyurethane or epoxy resin binder; this is mixed on site in a forced action mixer and hand laid onto a suitable surface. This creates a natural aggregate decorative finish that’s, hard wearing, smooth finish; creating none-slip surface, with minimal maintenance.
Installation is laid to a depth between 10-50mm depending on its use.
The average curing time for pedestrian traffic applications is 3-5 hours and 12 -16 hours for vehicular traffic.

Resin Bonded Gravel Surfacing this system provides a decorative attractive aggregate finish that’s hard wearing low maintenance and non-slip; this system is used as anti-skid for roads and highways and is ideal for covering up worn out concrete or tarmac Driveways and Paths,
Installation first the area must clean and swept before installing, then the two part resin is mixed together purred out over the area and raked with a serrated rubber squeegee then the aggregate is broadcasted over the resin allowing the gravel to sink in and bond to the resin, curing time is around two hours depending on temperature, once fully cured then all the loose aggregate must be swept of leaving you with a non-slip aggregate surface.
