•To construct stud wall 1400x2500 and fit external solid door provided by customer
•To include lock
•Stud wall to be plaster boarded and plastered finish
•Walls to be painted
•All skirts and acrs to be painted

Basement fit out
•To construct stud walls to create to separate rooms
•Fully lined and plaster boarded
•To include installation of 2 doors supplied by customer
•Doors to have locks fitted

Extra work quoted …….
•Extra stud walls to be constructed on outer wall of building to include brickwork treated to seal outer wall from causing damp or water penetration. These walls to beinsulated .. existing window openings bricked up
•Full basement to have new concrete screed laid to level floor / also corridor and store area that do not have floor tiles to have 2 coats of commercial floor paint to protect screed
• New office to be fully plastered inside and out. To include skirts and arcs around office areas.
•4 new double sockets fitted to existing ring main
•Extra door supplied and fitted with lock
•Office and all other areas of basement to be painted ( 2coats emulsion)
•New office area to have carpet tiles laid ( 500x500) choice of colours
